This year, as we have done the work to return to life together, we are going to regroup this summer around our Kids of the Cross Motto and ask, “Who is Jesus?” We will spend four days of VBS and six Sundays this summer considering how Jesus himself answers this question in the book of John. As you might anticipate we will sing, play games, and create art!

Please make sure to register if your child is going to participate. Knowing numbers ahead of time helps us prepare. 😊

VBS Event Details:

• Date: June 27-30, Monday through Thursday*

• Time: 9:30-11:30am

• Place: Church of the Cross

• Ages: Pre-K through those entering 6th grade in Fall 2022

*On Thursday, we will end our time with a community lunch, so please plan to stay! 🌭

The narratives of our 2022 VBS will include:

• The Feeding of the 5,000 (Bread of Life)

• Lazarus Raising from the Dead (Resurrection and the Life)

• The Good Shepherd (The Gate)

• The Ascension and Great Commission (The Light of the World)
